Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental Period: The rental period is from [Start Date] to [End Date] as selected by the renter on this form.
Late Fees: An additional charge of 10% of the total rental cost will apply for every hour beyond the agreed rental period.
Drop Expert: A Drop Expert is a trusted representative from our company, assigned to accompany equipment to and from the set. They ensure the safety and proper handling of the gear but do not provide technical support or interfere with production activities. For all Basic rental plans, a Drop Expert is required. Premium renters may be exempt from Drop Expert presence, subject to prior approval.
Damage Fees: If the equipment is returned damaged, the renter will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2–4 days before the rental start date. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 2–3 days of the start date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date are non-refundable.
Insurance: The renter is responsible for insuring the equipment during the rental period.
All Equipment is left with the Technical assistant or Drop Expert on ground after every close of the day.
Equipment Return: The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all accessories and parts.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through our "Dispute resolution process".
A Technical Assistant fee will be added to every package, and must be paid complete before rental start date.
